Park & Ridi is a mobile garden to be placed in cities to make urban spaces more livable and green. The structure, which takes up as much space as a car, in a parking slot, but has another function and vision. The urban action is inspired by the walkmobile (the project of engineer Hermann Knoflacher), came about as an form of protest against the preponderance of cars in cities and against their excessive occupation of urban space. The mobile garden was placed in the streets of the city of Bari, part of the urban campaigns of the Femininile P l u r a le collective, made up of artists, performers, designers, architects and creatives from Puglia. In 2013, it was selected for the competition "This square is not a parking lot", a project initiated by the city of Ferrara, as part of the "program for raising awareness of the reuse of sites on hold".
